Shipping Information
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be shipped separately, which means you may receive your products in multiple packages. To ensure correct and timely delivery, please double-check and enter your shipping address accurately at checkout.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Verify your delivery details carefully to avoid any issues. During checkout, you have the option to select a shipping method, including a free shipping option, which may involve products being shipped from an international supplier.
Our standard order processing time is 2-5 business days after the order is placed. After processing, estimated delivery times are 5-9 business days. These delivery times are approximate, and Loumiere cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you in a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at info@loumiere.co and include your order number.
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible; however, unforeseen circumstances such as public or national holidays, natural disasters, airline or ground transport strikes, or other events beyond our control may lead to delays. If your delivery exceeds 45 business days, we offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
