Refunds

For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us via chat or at help@loumiere.co.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via our contact form or email.
